Since 2008, I’ve been immersed in social development for sustainable optimisation of health and wellbeing.

Muti-dimensional Academic mastery from two MSc in Social Development Mgmt., and in Health Psychology & Behavioural Science - combining expertise in intervention design with applied mechanisms for delivery.

As a BPS accredited Behavioural Scientist and Health Psychology Coach - I’ve personally coached and supported 6000+ people in multiple diverse complex social health settings on adapting their everyday lifestyle habits to improve their health and wellbeing.

Having lived 20+ years in multiple worldwide locations, cultural diversity is at the heart of The Health Habits Coach ethos.

I synthesize all of my multi-decades of academic, professional, practitioner and personal experience – to help design and deliver a better life for all from long term investing in their health & wellbeing, one habit at a time.
