I’ve been immersed in health & wellness learning since 2011.
Academic mastery from two MSc in Social Development and in Health Psychology & Behaviour Science. I have the personal lived experience of the debilitating condition Chronic Lyme Disease & a life lived with diversity in multiple worldwide locations.
I’m a Behavioural Scientist and Health Psychology Coach - I’ve coached 5000+ people on changing their everyday lifestyle habits to improve their health and wellbeing.
I synthesize all of my decades of academic, professional and personal experience – along with a good dose of fun, to help you enjoy being a part of investing in your health, 1 habit at a time.
